Mortgage Consultant (MC) - Licensed, experienced and self motivated entrepreneurial whose primary role is to generate sales through refined marketing, networking and relationship building techniques. Lead Specialist - (Jr. Mortgage Consultant) - Lead follow-up, take 1003 applications, implement marketing initiatives, contact management.  50/50 commission split until promoted to MC.

Administrator - Support CEO and Company

Office Manager - Provide support for nearly all office functions such as phone support, lead forwarding, contact management, marketing implementations (as defined by marketing mgr) document editing, email sorting, letter writing, and data entry.

Compliance Manager - Provide guidance, policies and procedures to ensure the corporation and it's employees are compliant with state and federal regulations.

Marketing Director - Provide guidance and implement creative marketing techniques to brand Good Friend Mortgage and generate sales.

Processor - Process all loan applications as per state and federal regulations in accordance with lender guidelines to closing.
